Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Physical Therapist
Deliver in-home physical therapy services. Evaluate patient mobility, create exercise programs, and help patients regain strength and independence.
Occupational Therapist
Help patients develop and recover daily living skills. Assess home environments and recommend adaptations for safe, independent living.
Speech Language Pathologist
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. VitalStim certification a plus.
Home Health Aide
Assist patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of registered nurses. Provide compassionate personal care and support.
